Frequently
asked questions
Want to meet, but can’t decide where to go?
GoWhereTogether makes planning easier. Tell us a little about the group, budget and what everyone is in the mood for, and we’ll help narrow down where to go, what to do and which options are available when you want to meet.
Which planning mode should I use?
Use Help Me Decide when you want GoWhereTogether to quickly narrow the options for you. Use Decide Together when you want friends to submit their preferences and vote as a group.
How does GoWhereTogether check availability?
Where a connected venue or booking source supports it, GoWhereTogether checks the selected date and time, shows whether space is available and can surface the next available slot when your first choice is full.
How do I use GoWhereTogether?
Start a plan, answer a few short questions, then compare match, price, availability and trade-offs. For a group plan, share the preference link first, create a shortlist from the preferences indicated by participants, then share the voting link.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Open My Plans and choose Edit Plan. Existing preferences, shortlist, votes, voting status and final choice are kept. GoWhereTogether warns you to review suitability after material changes; reopening voting or changing the choice remains an explicit organiser action.
